Refund policy

1. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without a notice period. Send an email to finance@lumoria.cloud from the email address you used to sign up, or include your order number. We confirm your cancellation by email, usually within one business day.

2. When your subscription ends

After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the monthly period you already paid for. Until then, all modules and your dashboard keep working. No further payments are taken, and your iDEAL direct debit or credit card will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

First payment

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days after your initial purchase. Your subscription then ends immediately.

Later payments

Monthly payments after the first one are not refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for the remaining days of a month after you cancel. You keep access until the end of that month.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, we refund the incorrect amount in full.

Service unavailable

If Lumoria could not be used for a substantial part of a paid month because of a failure on our side, contact us and we will offer a proportional refund or credit.

4. How refunds are paid

Orders are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), our authorized reseller. Approved refunds are issued by 2Checkout to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days before the refund is visible.

5. Request a refund

Email finance@lumoria.cloud with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within two business days.
